Playing a sport teaches teenagers many valuable life skills including leadership, the value of teamwork and cooperation.Sports help teenagers live a more active life ,teenagers who play sports are happier, feel healthier and are more fulfilled by life

the benefits of sports,Improved cardiovascular health,Helps manage weight,Reduced blood pressure,Improved muscular strength and endurance,Stress relief,Strengthens immune system..............the common sports that teens like to take part is basketball,and basketball was a good sport,but i would like to suggest some uncommon sports to teens . such as Bubble Soccer .and the target is to try to get the boll in within the time limit,and it can let teens to learn team work as football and also not easy to get hurt
